As you can see from the sidebar, this blog recently became part of the Outdoor Blogger Network. Among many other things, the network periodically provides prompts for bloggers. The most recent photo prompt was for "your favorite outdoor place (landscape)". So here are two shots of the lower Stanislaus River, my favorite place to fish in winter.
